tú is a locally based Perth label, currently offering womens wear & accessories. The fusion of the label “tú” meaning illustration/art form in Mandarin and you in Spanish, French and Italian, is evident in the style of the designs.

An influence of design and culture from Perth, Hong Kong, Vietnam and Spain, and utilizing quality materials from Australia and around the world, tú designs are classic, unique, functional basics with the artistry of minimalist contemporary design.

Designer Ann Nie Chong graduated from Curtin University with a degree in design and has worked within the design industry in Perth and Singapore before creating tú in 2002.

Since its inception the label has shown significant and ongoing growth. Recently a jewellery line was launched, Mary Lou for tú, cute pieces with intricate detailing and enamels.

In 2004 the retail store tú was born. Previously on Shafto Lane but now at 218A William Street, Northbridge; offering an eclectic range of womenswear, gift wares, accessories and baby wear. The store supports upcoming Australian labels and offers vintage items under the preloved label forever tú love. Five years young, tú, is a well kept little retail secret, but not for long as its delectable offerings will be available worldwide online!
